Quick Pickeled Cucumbers

Very easy and quick pickeled cucumbers.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  1. Cut ends from cucumber. Slice into quarters and remove seeds. Cut quarters into smaller strips. Put strips in a mason jar.
  2. Add water, sugar, and vinegar to a pot and boil until sugar is fully disolved.
  3. Pour solution into the mason jar. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
